Rifle Scopes anyone heard of us tactical corp scopes???

Re: anyone heard of us tactical corp scopes??? This seems more than just a little suspicious... I can't imagine anyone dropping $500 on a completely unknown optic, especially in this day of instant internet information.

Due any of you use KRG bolt knob on your rifle?

Re: Due any of you use KRG bolt knob on your rifle? I used one on an LTR .223, and was very satisfied. They pop up used occasionally for around $25, and are a great alternative for those not wanting to have an oversized bolt knob installed.

    Rifle Scopes Dating IOR...which generation?

I'm looking at picking up the IOR below, but I can't determine the exact age (seller isn't 100% sure). It looks like it may be one of the Gen 4 SH Edition IOR 3-18s, but I am not positive. Any ideas?

    CRF Actions

Re: CRF Actions As mentioned above, the Mauser 98 is the CRF action. The 550 is a very nice action as well, although I have never been a fan of the CZ ring set up.

    6.5 Creedmoor vs 7mm-08

Re: 6.5 Creedmoor vs 7mm-08 One thing I have learned that makes the 6.5 somewhat "better" is the fact you can load a bullet to a longer COAL and still be within the confines of a typical box mag. I know 162s can get very long in my 7mm-08, and it doesn't take much to keep them from fitting...

New Accurate Ordnance FN build...pic heavy

Re: New Accurate Ordnance FN build...pic heavy I finally had a chance to go to the range, and it turned out to be a beautiful day. Sky was clear to slightly overcast, with temps around 60*. Not bad for mid December! Rifle shot great as I expected, with most groups going to into one big...

Rifle Scopes TPS BASE will not work with EGW rings!?

Re: TPS BASE will not work with EGW rings!? Ok, I finally had a chance to actually do some measuring. The crossbolts on the EGW rings are measuring 0.205 & 0.206, whereas the NF 20 MOA base is pretty much measuring the same (roughly 0.206). That would explain the tight fit! Just as a...

Rifle Scopes TPS BASE will not work with EGW rings!?

Re: TPS BASE will not work with EGW rings!? I have a set of the EGW HD rings, and had a little trouble getting one to seat in a Nightforce 20 MOA base. It ultimately fit, but took a slight bit of persuasion on my part to get the ring to seat in the slot. Now, I must say that I am not sure...

LR Mag primers in standard loads?

I ended up with 700 Federal Gold Medal LR Mag primers, except I have no magnum rifles to load them in. Is it possible (or even practical) to load them in standard rifle loads, such as .308?

New Accurate Ordnance FN build...pic heavy

Re: New Accurate Ordnance FN build...pic heavy I believe its considered a "Sendero" contour, which should be right around 3/4" or so at the muzzle. I haven't taken time to measure it, but can say that it is heavy. It should be an absolute joy to shoot off the bench!

New Accurate Ordnance FN build...pic heavy

Re: New Accurate Ordnance FN build...pic heavy Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the rifle. The work turned out great, and turn around time was as fast as one could ask for. The guys at Accurate Ordnance spent a lot of time going over the details with me, and Mark sent me update pics...
