    Re: Bow Sights I have been using a Spot Hogg Large Ring 5 pin sight for the past two years. Great bow hunting sight. Easy to adjust and built like a tank. The pins are bright and easy to see even in dim light. I would buy another without hesitation.

    Re: Lower back pains , any suggestions ?? Pilates and Chiropractic got me back running marathons and doing 90% of the things I used to do. Still some pain and limitations now and then but it beats surgery with questionable results and sometimes unintended side effects for two herniated disks.
