    Re: What are you eating daily and for what goals? daily diet varies but i try to go with lots of veggies, a piece of cheese, handful amount of meat. Starting august 10th, i have limited caloric intake to 800-1000 calories per day. I do at least 30 minutes of some sort of excersice a day...

    New Remington 700 SPS AAC twist question

    Is the 1:10 twist ratio almost necessary for using a suppressor with 7.62? I was looking at the standard SPS tactical with the 1:12 threads. Plan on shooting 165-180 grain huting / target loads and 180 - 220 grain suppressed loads.

    Do you guys have any experience with the YHM 308 thread mounted suppressor? I was thinking of cutting an SPS tacitcal (7.62mm) down to 16" and mounting this suppressor on it. Does the 1:12 twist cause an issue with bullets weights of 150-220 grain? I know they have the new AAC model coming...
