Continuous scope ring slippage
Completely different setup, but the Burris adjustable rings that have the plastic inserts and 6 bolt caps maybe? Just about all I use are either ARC rings or Warne Skyline mounts and never have issues but I also don’t shoot any mega magnum calibers either. I just wonder if the 6 bolt Burris...- slodsm

It’s the KRG for the enclosed forend. I have the internal weight cut down to fit the bravo forend and left the arca full length so I can run my bipod, 419 bag mount, tripod, whatever in any combination without being short on room. Wasn’t sure how I’d like it that long, haven’t shot a match...- slodsm

Why do you like rimfire?
Time constraints for me. I’ve got some nice center fires but I have to drive at least an hour if not more to get to a range where they’re enjoyable to shoot. Time loading, prepping, etc, it eats up a ton of time. Or!!! I grab my T1X or my Vudoo, drive 15 minutes down the road to a 350 yard...- slodsm

Ruger Precision 6.5 Creedmoor recommended bipod
6-9 inches is good off a bench or prone. It’s my go to length. Brands, Harris for 100, atlas for 300. I dislike the magpul because it feels sloppy for target/precision stuff (excellent lightweight hunting bipod though) and I’ve never used a cykepod so I can’t comment. Lots of time behind...- slodsm

Did another round of upgrades on the Tikka. Added an arca rail, 419 adapter, atlas cal bipod, got ride of the strike eagle in Leupold rings for a Cronus BTR in ARC rings. I’ll zero it in the morning and see what I think about the scope.- slodsm
