    Rifle Scopes Scope zeroing questions

Have you checked to see if you are hitting the zero stop? You should have no problem zeroing, especially with a zero moa base.

Is it worth keeping a 308 around?

308 is the lord’s caliber. Keep it.

    Range Report LabRadar or?

They are extremely close. Setup and aiming the labradar is a little more finicky. Once you get the hang of it, it’s very convenient. If I had to choose one, it would be the labradar.

Questioning the quality of the Ckye-Pod- UPDATE - New one received !!

Honestly, most of us don't obsess about group size at 100 yards. It's nice to have 1/4" groups, but I'd rather have 1/2" groups @ 100 with a tight ES/SD. Developing the skills to build a stable firing position to hit targets from 100 yards to 1000+, under time constraints, and off many...

Questioning the quality of the Ckye-Pod- UPDATE - New one received !!

Dude, nobody cares. The Ckye pod was not designed for someone that only shoots off a bench. If you don't/can't/aren't going to shoot from multiple positions, in circumstances required in PRS matches, you aren't going to see the benefits of a Ckye pod. Why are you still arguing that it's not...

Questioning the quality of the Ckye-Pod- UPDATE - New one received !!

I’ve had a Ckye pod and currently have two Atlas and two Harris bipods. I can honestly say the Ckye pod is the most versatile bipod I’ve used, by far. I absolutely love the leg width adjustment. It can go from extremely wide and low to high and narrow very quickly. That’s extremely useful in prs...

Wells Fargo sues Gunwerks in Federal Court

I hope everything works out for them. I sure do want a Clymr stock for my Bighorn. I’m not going to advocate the value of their rifles vs other custom builders, but they seem to have found a niche market and I wish them the best. They seem to provide a high quality product and jobs to a lot of...

How would you set up a rig, cheap?

If I wanted to spend around a grand each on two identical rifles for a match, and have a high confidence that they would be good shooters, I would buy two Tikka T3X CTRs. Just mount scopes and go. The 6.5 Creedmoors have slowish barrels, but they tend to be extremely accurate with factory...

So you figured out the problem? What was it?

Remington 700 bolt handle not fully closing?

Take the bolt out and see if you can feel the base screws protruding down into the action.

Remington 700 bolt handle not fully closing?

Well, it’s pretty obvious the bolt isn’t closing all the way. What’s the interference? That looks like a heavily modified bolt handle.

    Christensen Arms MPR

    Bartlein Carbon Wrapped Barrels

Yeah I hear you. I know Proof carbon barrels are proven and great performers. I'm sure the Bartleins will be too. I can't wait to read your review. Thanks

    Bartlein Carbon Wrapped Barrels

@lowlight Would you be able to do some performance testing of the Bartlein vs a Proof, such as any differences in heat dissipation, poi changes with longer strings of fire, etc? I'm just curious if there are any practical differences in performance between the two.
