    Sartorious Scale - High weight error

    Set the powder dump amount to less than half and it will make two pours to get you to the set weight. If the weight of the first dump is over half way to the target weight, when it does that pause to measure, it won’t throw another.

    That “known pet load” would lock up my bolt with high pressure bolt lift. Don’t trust the “known” things off of the internet. Start low and work up.

    If you aren’t going to be moving your bipod then it’s not an issue. The benefit of arca is you have the full length of the foreend to slide it to and then quick on and off between rifles.

    The federal gold medal match would be a worthy test as well. Just something that’s not the cheapest 55gr range fodder, probably like you found with your factory barrel… only now you can go heavier in your bullet selection.

    Agreed. The gen2 is good enough that I’m sorta pissed off at the first gen (which I thought was awesome before the gen2). The gen2 comp brake is good on the omega too, just looks ridiculous, but recoil impulse is super fast and minimal just like the sythe.

    Make sure you measure the resulting necks. My Redding bushings seem to all size down more than what they are stamped for so it’s a bit of dealing with it or playing musical chairs finding the right combo.
