    They will perform very similar at that distance. Similar BC bullet going similar speed. Splash is a huge divider at ELR distances. Can't correct off what you can't see. 7 will be hard to see at that distance unless you have spectacular moon dust. Where I shoot normally it's really hard to spot...

    The ballistics will depend what bullet you run in each. Neither will be more stable at any distance but the splash from the 30 cal will be easier to see at distance.

    33XC is definitely hard on barrels and with the case diameter I’d be running it on a larger action but lots of people seem to have success in 1.0625 threads.

    He means for ELR light class. Which is Lapua BF limitation and 26lbs rifle. 33XC seems to be king of the hill there. Accutac HD50 bipod, The rest is pretty well preference.

    buddy of mine was able to jam a 3" shell into a 2.75" chamber and it blew the receiver in half. Not ideal.
