    Re: PRS tripod When I shoot with this same tripod, I place the front end of the stock (where the bipods are attached) on the rest. I notice that you place the rifle so that the rest is much further back - underneath the action. Do you find that this provides a more stable platform?

The ad says it can prevent personal information from being electronically lifted from credit cards, id cards, whatever that happens to be in a wallet. I'd don't know what this LokSak is made of but I'm wondering if aluminium...

    Re: new polymer 45 This should go in the side arms section. You could ask a mod to move it. Btw, get an M&P 45, 4" barrel. I have one and love it. Had an XD but had several malfunctions due to the placement of the slide lock.

    Re: New Army Rifle, range 2300meters XM25 Can't believe it doesn't have a laser. You'd think that for accurate trajectory to those distances, it would have to have some sort of ballistics involving a lrf. Personally, I don't shoot anything without a 26" barrel so I think it needs one too...

    Re: ok so AI stocks look really cool.. I'm shooting both an adjustable McMillan A3-A5 and an AICS. I like the McMillan more than the AICS for one reason - my right thumb. With the McMillan, I lay my thumb on top of the stock, just behind the bolt. Gives me a better grasp of the gun...
