    I've been curious on this too. I don't think there will be much difference but I still want to believe the sierra will be the superior of the two. I tend to buy more sierra and berger bullets than I do hornady. I believe the center strike is the new hornady clone bullets but I could be wrong...

    Seating question

    Yes that's the reason why. The powder does not let the bullet sit properly. A lot of times when compressing, the bullet will even grow or move out at a later time from the pressure the powder is exerting onto the bullet base. Try loading longer in this case, or switch to n135/n133.
