    Dinner in downtown New Braunfels tonight… Usually don’t pay for steak when we go out, we usually do it better here at home for a hell of a lot cheaper, but this Wagyu filet was sublime. Melted in your mouth (knife was superfluous), and that tallow-roasted garlic clove spread like butter! 🤤

    That’s a lot less than I expected TBH… And here I was thinking that only losing 150fps over 3.5” of barrel was doing pretty good! LoL So I guess the 150fps drop that I recall (almost 43fps per inch avg) could be feasible with the extra rifling vs. the ARP barrels?

    Yep…a lot of this. That said, inflation over the past few years has been absolutely insane. I’m now twice retired, but our monthly household maintenance costs have increased almost 50% since 2020, and that takes a huge bite out of our semi-fixed income. My wife is back to basically working...
