    I've never met anyone that is. And I even live fairly close to JP, on the outskirts of JP fanboi land. I tried one because every other JP part I've used is top tier. To this day it lives on my little shelf displaying all my mistakes, catastrophic failures and money wasted.

    Yes, not all gas rings are created equal. I replaced all worn out set with 14-15k on them. The new set didn't make it 1000 before they were toast.

    No. If you already have a flat bottomed handguard all ARCA gives you is easy bipod placement adjustability.

    Welp, 13.7" nitride intermediates just came back in stock, so I ordered one. Not sure why, and it'll probably be a while till it turns into an upper, but it was cheap so why not.

    I've only put a few rounds through one, but its absolutely in a different league than any blowback gun no matter how well tuned. Less recoil than the one MP5 I've shot, and I find the AR based ergonomics to be far superior.

    Just to be pedantic, I'll mention that the JP5 operating system is basically lifted right out of the MP5, which is definitely a tried and true gun.

    Eh, I've had over a dozen case head separations. They aren't exciting at all, just a lot of smoke and the next round won't feed because there's still half a case in the chamber. Most of the time you still hit exactly where you were aiming.
