    Anybody have any favorite kettlebell complexes?

    Yessss. Check out Eric Leija on facebook, he works with ONNIT, he posts videos of complexes everyday on facebook .. I have at least 50 saved and do them daily. I also purchased his KB program but haven't started it yet. REALLY good workouts

    Rifle Scopes ARC m10 torque specs

    I have a razor gen 2 and want ARC m10's.... ARC says torque their rings to 50-55 in. lbs Vortex recommends only 18 in. Lbs A pretty big variance, what is everyone torquing their rings to??? Also any experience with m10's marring or blemishinf the finish on scope tube?

    Rifle painting, advice welcome!

    I like how your KRG turned out. I wish I had better pics of the rifle I did, i sold it a while back but this is what I got in the end. I did it on a B&C. Started black and used a sea sponge with good old krylon spray paint, lasted 2 hunting seasons and multiple days at the range never wore off.
