Forward optics mounting rail for McMillian stock?

Forward optics mount for a McMillian fiberglass stock to mount a Nightforce prism, suggestion?
As the title reads I am looking for a forward mounted bedded or screwed to the stock, rail section. I want to mount a Nightforce prism for ELR. The action has an integral rail. Gunsmithing M-1 Garand Match sight
Does anyone here know if the hooded aperture front match sights are still made? Or N.O.S. anywhere? Seems I am behind the curve, again, and the M-1 stuff is discontinued. Any leads are appreciated. Learned A LOT here and hoping to learn more. Thanks- Eddystone
