How far off lands for 178 Amax in 308?
I've been shooting a 175 SMK load with 47.5 gr of 2000MR for a while with great results, but decided to try the 178 Amax. What bullet is used in the 308, Horandy 168 TAP
My subject line pretty much says it all. I've had great success with this ammo in my Remington 5R. Seems to shoot as well as the 168 SMK. maybe a touch better. The information on Hornady's website does not mention what bullet is used. Anyone know? Thanks. Paul- pcschwenke
