Mag problem

Got some OKAY industry 30 round mags that won't feed after firing. I got these 15 years ago and never used them. 20rounders work fine. Was wondering if there is anything I can do to them to get them to work. Thanks

Price check

Found a Rem SPS 243 with a 24" barrel,shot 10 times, no scope. He say's he will take 650$ for it. I looked around and that seems high. What do you all say.
