    Torque Question

    I have a SPS tactical in .223 I put it in a PSS stock and torqued it @ 55"lbs. Now when I take the bolt out, the bolt relese sticks. But, the gun is shooting in the .3 and better with hand loads. I read later that the SPS should be torqued @ 35"lbs. If I lower the torque to 35"lbs. Will this...
