    Law Enforcement "Patrol Designated Marksman Program"

    LE guys and gals, is anyone using a DMR program at the respected departments mostly geared towards the patrol side. I am wanting to starting this program at my department and I'm looking for some advice, ideas, policies and standards if anyone would be willing to help out? Thanks
