    Minox MD 62 or Vortex

    I have a Minox MD 62, it seems like good glass, but have been wondering about the Vortex Viper. What are your thoughts on these spotters, should I sell the Minox and go Vortex, or is the Minox a better spotter? I use it for general long range shooting, F-class and hunting.

    Minox md 62 eyepiece ?

    I have the Minox md 62 with the 20-45x eyepiece, and I am thinking of upgrading to the LER 21-42x eyepiece. Does anybody have any experience with this eyepiece, is it worth spending the money? Thanks for any replies.

    Gunsmithing bottom metal installation question

    I am looking at PTG, or CDI bottom metal and I am wondering about installation. The rifles I am thingking of putting the bottom metal on are all pillar beaded with BDL floor plates. Will I need to have my smith rebed the stock and bottom metal? Thanks.

    Mauser Modelo Argentino 1909

    I was given a Mauser Modelo Argentino 1909 in a 6mm-284. I don't know how many rounds it has and I am thinking of chambering it in a a 6.5x55 for a light hunting rifle. I don't know anything about Mauser actions. Will it handle modern loads in the 6.5x55? What exactly is a Mauser Argentino?

    6-284 data?

    I was given a 6-284 and I am looking for some load data if anybody has any. I have 105 Amax and 95 gr berger vld on hand. Not sure what the twist is but will try and check that out. I already did a search but it did not come back with anything.

    F T/R Competition Optics question

    I currenly use a sightron Siii 8-32x56 with the 1/4 minute target dot on my 243 to shoot open class. I have been thinking of going with a NF 5.5-22x50 NXS. My question is will I be gaining anything going with the NF? I would like to hear from anybody that has experince with both scopes.
