What do I use to get to 1000 yds? My bolt gun needed a 20 moa base. I have a Springfield armory scope base, do I need to add a 20 moa rail to that?- badwolf

Armalite, Rock River or DPMS help me choose?
Looking for a 308 semi to shoot precision rifle class and some sniper style matches. A friend got a DPMS in 6.5 Creedmore last yr and we were impressed with it's accuracy, Dont have the money for high end rifles , about $1500 to spend- badwolf
