    Problem depriming Lapua .308 Palma brass

    I am trying to reload my Lapua .308 Palma brass for the frist time and the decapping pin is being pulled out of the die on the up stroke. The pin is stuck in the case's small flash hole. I had to remove the pin manually with a punch. I hope there is an easier way to do this. Please help.
