    Shorter Barrel?

    So I'm thinking about shortening the barrel on my MKII by about 2-4 inches and I have a few questions before do it. Will this improve accuracy? What does crowning mean and what does it do the barrel? Can I buy an aftermarket barrel to fit it instead of cutting this one down?
