    A little help on headspace please

    I am measuring my spent .223 brass and getting 1.451-1.455 at the Datum line and the Lee manual is showing 1.467 for .223 headspace. Is it short because it is fired out of an AR or is it something else?

    I am wondering if there is a direct corellation in ogive types and certain brands of rifle barrels and how they shoot. Or is every single rifle different in this way. For example do all remingtons chambered in .308 shoot a certain ogive type better or is each one different?

    I ordered a 10 Predator with the accustock and after looking at several after market stocks they say that it fits models 10-16, SA, 4.40 spacing, Det mag, but will not fit accustock rifles. Anyone tell me the difference? Also why do some companies say will not fit accustock and some do not?

    What is your favorite way to prime? I currently use the arm and tubes for my rock chucker but I do not like the process. It frequently is not aligned or spits out two primers. I was thinking about buying a sinclair handheld primer tool.

    Hunting & Fishing Removing any doubt of SMKs on deer

    I shot two deer with Sierra Match Kings 142gr out of my .260 and they worked like magic. Both dropped in their tracks without so much as a twitch. I would not hesitate to use this bullet on any thin skinned game.

    A-Max or SMK in my AR

    I am trying to decide between the 75gr A-Max or the 77gr SMK to load up for some high BC, accurate, longer range, rounds for my new AR. I use cheaper 55gr FMJs for plinking and such. Anyone have a opinion based on use between the two of these?

    Range Report 338 questionable load data

    I was looking at my ISnipe app on the ipod and in the factory ammo there is 338 federal with 300gr SMKs loaded by Federal. When placed in the same length barrel 26in it is gving me nearly identicle ballistics to a similar 338 Lapua load. How is this possible or is it wrong?

    Going to put a .338 together and have a question.

    I want to put together a .338 either an Edge or RUM. Is there any difference in the Savage 110 actions they use in the .338 LM to the .300 Win Mag? I figured I could just get a donor 110 rifle and start there.
