Runs fine on my 4S with version 8. Matter of fact I see no speed decrease like I have seen in other apps

Been using 175 SMK with H4895 exclusively for 1000 rounds. Using 42.3g with Lapua brass in a 26" 1:10 with zero stress. All 600 to 1025 yards. Testing 42.5 and 42.8g next.

Thanks Bob. In spite of the weather I managed to stay dry working the covered pits when it really cut loose and had some rain gear. Very enjoyable. Excellent setup at your club. Couldn't have been paired with a better shooter for a first match! Learned a lot, see what I need to do and left...

Thanks for the heads up. That's correct Bob. I was planning to spend some practice time at MTC next weekend and I usually stay in Cadillac when up there. At the very least I will drop by that match.

Right at 1200 FPS at 1000 yards with 9.4 to 9.6 Mils depending on conditions of course dialed up. So that's short of 1.2 Mach by about 100 FPS. That's a great benchmark to remember and gives me more motivation to try that extra 0.3 grains on my next load day. Was able to stay in the black...

MTC in Lake a City Michigan. They have 1025 yards and run a long range class there that I took. Probably about 7-8 hours. Decent variety of hotels.

Another Savage fan here but if I had access to a 1200 yd range nearby and those were my only two choices I would own a Remington. Gotta have 26". Buy a new chassis after you get some trigger time and learn what you like. Then 4000 rounds later when you replace the barrel go with 30" high quality...

Just in case, I used a DNZ +20 MOA in a medium height with a Vortex Viper 6x24x50 and the scope barely cleared the receiver on my Savage. It was so tight I could not fit the rubber from flip up scope covers over the scope body. Consider the tall height.

In the first release the 175 SMK was all goofy but the update fixed that. That's the only bullet I've used so that was a problem.

Just guessing here. Under your rifle settings you wouldn't happen to have your elevation and wind correction factors set to zero or something different than "1" would you? The other thing that goofed me up at first was I somehow had "Disable Calibration" checked and since it's below the screen...
