Knowing the government I could see it putting the "second try" forms into a separate validation process and that process being faster than the regular one....
It seems from that trend graph anyway that more recent submissions are actually getting processed more quickly than ones that were filed months ago. Doesn't make much sense right now... EDIT: Upon checking around the interwebz I'm seeing that other people are also talking about having form 1's...
Was just checking out NFAtracker.com after I called the ATF for the status of my SBR and noticed the trend graph. Recent wait times have been trending way down with some e-filed forms as short as 2 days and some paper forms under 2 months. Is this a real trend that y'all have actually noticed or...
I only really shoot 5.56 so I try to keep it under 200 yards even though I could probably reach out further. The closer the better as far as I'm concerned. [emoji13]

Just finishing up buying a whole set up and can't decide if I should get a helmet mounted IR illuminator or a weapon mounted one. I feel like having one mounted on your rifle means having to point your rifle at what you want to see (which isnt always ideal) but having one mounted on yourr helmet...
Anyone do this? Was considering just getting a weight vest but it seems like a plate carrier would be about the same, and may even be more comfortable.
