Congrats Wade you sure don't mess around the dam season just started here in Mo. You sure you guys didn't have those two deer tied up already before the season started. :D
That's great news as I've heard John really cares about his scopes and customers. What's funny is I picked up an SN-3 1.8x10 an older one and about a week later I run across this video of the same USO I purchased. USO just sent me a manual on it as it pretty much came with nothing but the...
Yep I kind of felt the same that's a lot of jack to be throwing around for testing purposes. I thought it looked hard packed the way it was bouncing around. Glad to hear it's still taking game, Congrats.
Yes I'm sure concrete would do more damage eventually. I'd like to see all manufacturers of optics do the same test just to see what happens. That would be quite interesting to say the least.
Looks good nice groups and rifles. I like those shorter turrets, most of the Vortex's I've seen had those tall turrets which I really don't care for. Congrats
Nice!! Watching your video and looking back and forth through the optics it looks like the Steiner may be a little brighter. What you say? Thanks nice optics and video.
I've had this problem with the FFP optics with the reticle getting hard to see at the lowest setting. I had a few german made hunting scopes years ago that were FFP scopes and boy did those reticles get HUGE!! at the top end. Their much better these days though.
Very accurate rifles for sure as I've owned a couple of the green one's with kahles scopes and also the black one with the short barrel that was made for a suppressor with a hensoldt. The weak link for me was like mentioned the magazines for some reason they just fell apart. If someone would...
I checked out the ADM Delta which is the mount I was going to go with but was told the USO wouldn't work due to the erector setup on them. The Recon will work but that's not really what I was wanting being a cantilever type mount. I was hoping to get a one piece ring and mount type setup. I see...
I'm not sure which mount will work. I've been looking at Larue, Gdi dam! their expensive and Bobro's also. Hopefully someone around has the info I seek so I can order one. Thanks,
Welcome and I'm new around here myself and like you mentioned if it shoots bullets these folks around here pretty much will know the good and bad on it.
Ok folks I've got the optic mentioned above coming in and was curious as to the best mount quick detach or not. I was told the ADM Delta wouldn't work because of the erector setup on the USO's. The Delta was the mount I was going to get but now I'm kind of stumped. I was wanting a one piece...
