Doing some research on twist and bullet it weight, it seems this twist will be for 300+ grains bullets? There doesn’t seem to be much info out there for a .45 in a 1/16 twist. I’m still new to Muzzleloaders in general.

What’s the recoil similar to with that charge? I shoot the paramount without a brake and 105 BH209. It’s got a thump and I can’t stay on target without a brake.
