I’m not aware of or lack experience with “fucking around with the belt. I’ve reloaded for 300 win mag and 30-338 mag(same case) quite a bit but I’m not aware of any unusual difficulties. Is it because it headspaces from the belt? Thanks

It’s a little trendy. I use up to 200gr in 300wsm. I save my heavier lead for 300prc. Sierra has a fairly new high bc 200 gr bullet. I’ll just bought some and will post my results soon!

I have the leupold Rx-2800 and am very happy with it. I’ve used it for ranging steel at 2350 with no problem.

I’ve never owned either Kahles or Nightforce so I can’t speak to them however the Leupold MkV HD 7x35x56, now that’s a great scope and of course the old school mkIV ultra with lazer etched mil dot reticle is bad ass!
