I don't think so . I have a SA NM with the medium-barrel . The barrel-diameter around the chamber is larger than a GI-barrel . The problem is that it has a clip that fits into the grooves , that the handguard normally clips into , on either side of the chamber ... I have one also , and am trying...- dragoon

I can't directly answer your question , but I try to eliminate any cant when I install my scopes . Yes , a rail will make it tight . Geissele had one in the works , but appears to have stopped working on it . I'd like to get a Knight's M110 rail , but those are also unobtainium right now . The SLR Ultra-Lite might work , as it is scalloped-out in the middle . I'm still researching other...- dragoon
