If I recall correctly the eyepiece come of followed by the reticle ring. Be very careful with the screws on that. Then the mounts slide off. slide the new ones on and replace the ring and eyepiece. I just got my scope back from Hi-Lux they replaced the reticle screws and mounts for me. Great...
