    6mm guys... What have y'all had luck with?

    I've had good luck with the Berger hybrids, 105 lapua's and also the 115 DTACS. They all shoot well. The AMAX's didn't shoot well for me. John

    6x47 or 6.5x47

    I have both and like both. I believe the 6 X 47 has an edge at distance. With 105 Bergers and RE 17 it's hard to beat. I get 3300 + fps out of that combination. Pretty spectacular ballistics.     6mm barrel choices or what do you run ?

    I like medium palma tapers and am quite happy with Schneider barrels. If you're using 105 or 115 grain bullets the 7.5 twist p5 works well. I don't think there is any downside to using the 7.5 twist with the 105's. John
