Re: Another M40 conversion question I'm actually looking to do the M40A3, which has a different barrel from the A1 and a different McMillan stock, as far as I know I think everything else is the same as the A1.- ddku22

I finally have the money to spare to start this project and was going back through the complete list of the items I needed. It pretty much sounds like if I use a R700, that the entire gun will pretty much be replaced minus the action on the gun. Is that true, and if so, could I possibly find...- ddku22

.338 Lapua Molds?
I'm looking for the .338 Lapua mold, or more making sure that they exist. I'm getting together the parts to build a the M40 sniper and apparently they change the bullet to this Lapua fromt he .308.
