I have the parts about to go to the smith for a new 6.5x47 Lapua rifle. I was wondering if I should have him finish the barrel at 22" or 24"? Normally 24" would be fine but I want to thread it and later put a suppressor on it. Magazine fed, will probably shoot 139gr Scenars or maybe 130gr VLDs.
Just curious if anyone tried the new 2-12x36? Or compared it to the Nightforce NXS 2.5-10x32. There's not much out there on this scope (I know, for a three hundred dollars more, get the Nightforce, but putting that argument aside for now, I'd like some feedback from those who have seen/used this...
