Re: Who can ask for papers? I would absolutely agree with Lowlight though. Indiana has the same type of statute about "Sawed off shotguns". So if I were to see you, in Indiana, with a shotgun that has, say an 11" barrel, I will most definitely ask if you have the proper paperwork to possess...- Drew_1312
