Thank you for your answer. Actually my original PSU outputs 7.4V. Maybe this could be the problem. I can measure the same voltage inside the unit on the circuit terminals but there is no current on the terminals going to the battery. I suspect either a protection feature or a fried main board...

It is an original Accuracy International transit case, part no. 27551, so any US distributor should be able to order it. Comes in black, green and dark earth. Got mine in the UK from Sporting Services who ordered it from the factory. Don't know the US price but the UK price ex. VAT is £449

Did you get the scope mount as well? A Spuhr SP-4002 would fit perfect or an SP-4302 if you need the extra 10.3 moa

I ended up with the 40.3 MOA combination with a Spuhr SP-4302. With a 100 yds zero I have full 26 mils of travel and a perfect sight picture. I need a lot more than 26 mils though, but that's another story.

I use 11gr. Trail Boss behind a 200gr. Lapua subsonic bullet. This gives me 1050 fps in a 24" barrel and the bullet stabilizes just fine in my 11" twist barrel. No filling needed with Trail Boss or VV Tin Star. I know this is not what you are asking but consider getting a can of Trail Boss...

Buy the best and cry only once. You really want this rifle and you can raise the money so why settle for less? Go for it and never look back. It is a fantastic rifle system and you will not be sorry. I got my AXMC 8 days ago and just love it.

According to Sporting Services it is regular black but I´m not sure. The picture is taken with my phone in bright sunlight. It looks darker in real life.
