    Garmin Xero C1 Pro chronograph

Does any one know how far out the Xero picks up and reads the bullet? Garmin says between 0 and 20 yards but won't get any more specific than that.

    Rough looking lands and groves.

I have it in an MDT chassis and an after market trigger. I don't clean it that often. Might clean it at 80 to a 100 rounds.

I stuck the bore scope up a Criterion 223 barrel and an Aero 6.5. No machining marks at all. This rifle shoots OK. Probable better than me at this point but it looks horrible. I do plan on running another 1000 rounds through it and putting another barrel on it.

What do guys think of this? Pics are of a 308 factory barrel on a bolt gun that I've had for a while and have put about 7 or 8 hundred rounds though it. I was cleaning it the other day and thought I would try out the bore scope. Wish I hadn't. I've always struggled with this rifle...

Zero press versus Redding T-7 turret.

I do have a Hornady LNL I use for pistols. I always have that set up for 9mm or 40. Had always thought about running resized, primed and charged cases though it but never have.

Zero press versus Redding T-7 turret.

When I said throwing powder by hand I meant I'm not using a powder dispenser by its self. I'm using a charge master or trickling to final weight.

Zero press versus Redding T-7 turret.

No bench resting here. Just looking to make good ammo that will shoot out to 800 yards or so in a 308 or 6.5. I had a few extra dollars and was looking to upgrade. I don't really need to but want to. The Rock Chucker has always done a great job but I was on the internet and saw some new...

Zero press versus Redding T-7 turret.

Was looking at upgrading from my 1980s rock chuck. The question I have is: Can the Redding T-7, with the Creedmoore upgrade, build bullets as well as the Zero press? Don't care about faster than the Zero but how does the Redding T-7 compare for repeatability and head spacing and runout...

Scope magnification for 800 yards or so.

I'm currently shooting a 308 bolt gun and 223ar. I'd like to shoot those out to about 800 yards or so. I'm also looking at doing a tikka build to shoot out to 1000 at some point. Haven't decided on a caliber yet. Maybe a 22 creedmore. Question is, do you need more than a 4-20x50 to...
