What powder pops up around my area might differ from what pops up around you. Given enough time to work up proper loads you should be able to get great loads out of a whole variety of powders. For me I've favored Varget and Re-15. But 4064, 4895 are also excellent choices. What kind of brass...

That's a big difference. I came across the same thing when I started loading, I always tried to get the fastest possible load that was safe and stick with it. Then I dropped it down 50-100 fps and saw some big accuracy gains.

I don't know much about Glock's customer service since its so rare to hear about people sending them in, especially compared to HK's. Our shop had to send back one particular USP.45 five times to HK, the customer had to wait about a year just to get a working gun. I love both Sig and Glock...

I 2nd those pointing toward used scopes. I formerly owned a Vortex PST, while it was a good scope the reticle was a bit messy. The new tactical Bushnell's are also worth looking into..

I agree on the treadmill, its also hard to keep an exact pace on the treadmill, its just feels a little unnatural..
