if i called remington , can they give me a production date of a rifle if i provide the serial number, the gun is a 700 adl , 270 caliber and the serial number starts with E with 7 numbers after the E, or if anybody might have a guess by the letter?

really like the grip on a dpms sass but cant afford the whole rifle, can anyone tell me if i can purchase the grip or would i have to buy the stock if possible. looked at dpms,midway, triad and some others but cant locate any info.

Well finally jumped into the addiction. Rem 5r ,and a Millett 4x16x50 TRS-1 EGW bases and rings. Not the best of eveything but i am just getting my feet wet will upgrade as funds allow. What you guys think , i for one thinks she is very purrrty. Trying to add pics
