Re: What do you think is a good inexpensive stock? I'm a fan of HS Precision stocks. I also am a big fan of the older Sendero stocks without the palm swell. You can find them on this forum or others and even Ebay for under 200 bucks.

Re: Good Deal? Remington 700 stock and bottom metal I think anytime you can pick up an HS Precision stock with bottom metal included for around 250 you got a pretty good deal. The stocks by themselves sell fairly regularly for over 200 bucks and I see them go for close to 250 fairly often...

Re: Cleaning.......Which Bore Guide Not a bore guide but used with one I think these will make for the ideal barrel cleaning setup. These are called bore rider jags. I believe they have 30 cal 223 and a few others readily available and others can be special ordered...

Re: what powders work best in 22-250? I load 35.5 Gr Benchmark with 50 gr. Nosler BT. Shoots like a champ.

Re: 6.5x284...Any recommended loads? I shoot moly so you may not be able to load this hot so work up to these loads checking for pressure signs... 140 Berger VLD 48.5 Gr. H4350 CCI BR2 Primer Lapua Brass Seated to just touch the lands. Don't remember exact FPS, don't have it in front of me...

Re: nikon custom turrets? I have a program that can create BDC labels in PDF format that can be printed and applied to the knob. I wrote it and I've verified it on my rifle from 100 - 600 yards so far. If you are interested let me know. Scott
