Local smiths that I'm not really familiar with. I've had poor experiences with local smiths in the past that are nothing more than an average tinkerer in their garage.
I'm not big on just handing over a barrel and action that costs that amount without seeing previous work, I'm just looking for competent smiths that others have used before.
So Krieger doesn't fit barrels to the Badger M2013 action, and Badger doesn't offer barrel fitting services according to their website. Where are you all having your barrels chambered/crowned/fitted? Thanks.
