Shoot 'em again, and they'll be a'growing.

Who makes good inexpensive plated pistol bullets?

I run Berry's and Rainier plated...no complaints with either. You might want to try softer cast bullets (~12BHN) too. The 45acp isn't an 18bhn hard-cast round.

Looking for advice on a long range hunting rig from the reloading perspective

    I'm a 7mm slut and am a fan of leupold 3.5-10s w/ M1s.

    Ruger M77 30-06?

The Ruger M77 is one of my favorites. A bit heavy, but very stout and reliable and I really like the looks of them in a nice wood stock too. One of the most (if not thee most) accurate out of the box sporting rifles I've ever shot was a 77 Mk2; a 25-06 that held groups around 3/8" at 100yds from...

    Deprimed fingers?

Got a finger good and smashed when seating a bullet once. Tingled for a couple weeks. Doubt it hurt near as bad as a decapping pin and chamfered case neck, but I didn't enjoy it.

    Case Head Separation help

It was a combination of excessive resizing and stout loads. I would personally cut my "losses" and start future loads with new brass with your new-found/better loading procedures and documentation. The first rule of resizing is to move only enough brass to ensure reliable function; slight...

Remington vs. Winchester Brass - Feedback Needed

I prefer Remmy; not by a whole lot.

Reloading .308 with a Lee classic loader without a powder scale

The lee chart shows the 3.1cc scoop of varget @ 42.4gr. Your loads may be mild, but I'd go ahead and use it. You can get a throw and a scale later when you're ready to load with some more oomph.

    748 for 223

Because there's not always 748 data for a bullet, or at least not as often as 335 data is available. All a loader should need is a starting point.

    Zeroing with two different loads......

Run the FMJs faster or the "varmint" bullets slower. See what happens.

    748 for 223

I use a medium 335 load data to start with 748, and plan on going higher than the 335 max load.

Acceptable case wall thickness variation after neck turning

I'm afraid I'm going to have to go with: that's fine :D

    Tell me what you'd pick??

87gr vmaxes are a go-to for me. You've some good powders to toy with. I jam them and run '17, but would probably start with IMR4350 or Varget outta those.

    Why clean your brass??

You can get it fairly clean with a solution of hot water, detergent and vinegar. Agitate, let it soak, & repeat a couple times. Rinse well and dry it out on a towel or in a dehydrator or oven. It's a good method for pre-cleaning really dirty brass or removing sizing lube before a final polish in...

Cheapest way to get into annealiing?

Propane hand torch is all you need. Hand turn the case necks/shoulders in the flame for 3-4 seconds.

Help me figure out whats causing stuck cases please.

Polish the dies and add lube. I use a similar method to the above, though I use steel wool around a bore brush in a drill with oil. The JB/kroil mix is a good cleaner.

    25-06 reloading questions

Looks like you might have scraped the boolit on the end of the chamber (where the neck would end) in the top picture when you were chambering. Seat deeper, slowly, until you get either no, or very slight rifling marks. Use a dummy round to do this. It may be necessary to pull the bullet and use...
