Re: Home Made Power Debur tooling home made shit is always best. in my case. the saying "why buy it for 50 when you can build it for a 100" always seams to apply. but its fun and my stuff usually ends up being better then bought stuff in the long run.

I have a set of scope rings, i think they are weavers. they were cheapys and didn't expect a lot out of them. well, while tightening the one screw, the threads IN the ring let go. either they weren't cut well or i just reefed on them too much i know the rings arn't worth much and i shouldn't...
Re: Gunsmiths - a dying breed? it would be something i would love to do if and when i retired, and if its something i could afford to do. IE: if my retirement is decent enough.
Re: best degreaser for duracoat prep? Acetone or 90% alcohol is the two best for final wipe down prep just prior to spraying. Brake parts cleaner is awesome for large volume douching. Non chlorinated is best, less fumes and less harmful to bare metals.
