    MOTIVATION

    Re: MOTIVATION I have a four and two year old that motivate me to work out. If I don't win, I don't go home. I work for a small PD, but we still have our share of bad asses on the street. The more you sweat training the less you will bleed on the street. Sounds corny but it's true. KJ
