If I were to obtain a Rem. 700 short action, and bought a krieger or bartlein barrel, then a mcmillian stock and threw in a good trigger (jewel?) could i expect if i put all this together correctly to shoot under a 1/2 MOA consistantly - a 1000+ yard gun...
