    It's a Oldelft HV 5x80 gen1 weapon sight. It was made in the Netherlands in the 70's-early 80's. I have owned a couple Odelft NVD's over the years. Very well made but old technology. Not particularly rare. I would place the value around $400-$500 tops.

    Loose primers?

    During my priming process any case that allows primer seating with no resistance gets tossed into the recycle bin. Any case that gives minimal resistance gets a big red strip e across the case head. This lets me know it gets one more firing before getting recycled.
