    I don't think it was a bore constriction issue, you'd have to put some serious ooga booga on that sumbitch to constrict the bore diameter enough to start throwing shots on one of those RRA Varmint barrels.     I've seen the same in some batches of PMC Bronze and Winchester white box 55 gr where it was 2-2.5 MOA at 100 in my two SPR's, good enough for banging steel out to 400+.
