Just got some of these. Excited to try them out as my rifle just wont shoot 140s well. Glad that it seems to like a bit of jump to. Sick of having my rounds rub in my mag.
I would keep the Vortex Viper PST 6-24x50 in the running. There are better scopes out there but the unconditional, transferable, absolutely NO questions asked warranty keeps the resale value high. I just switched from a Viper PST to a Schmidt Bender and have nothing but good things to say about...
Have fired several PM II scopes and have never had a problem. My buddy just got a Kahles a while ago and it definitely gives the PM a run for its money. Great piece of glass
Hey guys, I have been building loads for my Remington SPS tactical and have found that it LOVES the Hornady 168 Amax factory load. I am shooting a factory 20" tube with 1:12 twist. I was wondering if anyone knew the powder charge and type that Hornady uses in their factory loads? Thanks much!
Re: Bushnell v. Vortex v. ?? I've currently got a Bushnell 6500 6-24x50 and I've also had the chance to play with a Vortex Viper PST as well. I have been nothing but pleased with my Bushnell, but the Vortex was also a solid performer as well. I liked the adj. knobs on the Vortex a bit better...
