    SSBC in 2010 was approx 1300 rounds for the course (10 weeks). KD portion for the first half was approx 1000 rounds.

    +1 one for the foam iso mat method. It's important to tape the foam pieces one at a time to the stock until you get that crosshair centered on your pupil.
