    Re: Savage magazine/future purchase advice The Axis/Edge rifles do not share much if anything with the other savage rifles. the LRP only comes in .243, .260 or 6.5cm. Im not sure about the mag release as I have a savage with the hinged floor plate as im a lefty and it was that or blind mag.
