I guess I didn't word that correctly. I meant after the steel plate was hit. Some stands can fall after the plates are hit with the transfer of energy. I've had to bag the bottoms of some stands to prevent them from falling.

Have you used it yet? Has is been knocked over after being hit?

Re: Millet LRS-1 scopes I dont have experience with the LRS-1, but I had two of the TRS-1 with mil/mil and they were great scopes for the money. I would have to guess the LRS-1 would compare to the TRS-1 in quality.

Re: rail 1911 Kimber, colt and springfield are all making some good handguns. I have all 3. My favorite is my Springfield TRP( a little more than the $1000, but one of the best there is).

Re: 40 caliber, like or don't like I had several 40cal in glocks. I sold them all and over 5000 rounds of ammo. Im just gonna stay with my good old 45acp... never really could get into the 40cal ..

Re: Tomahawks I bought one of the SOG fasthawks from walmart during their christmas special sales for $20. Wasn't sure how good it was going to be, but I tried it because of the decent reputation that sog has. I liked it so much that i bought the larger one in the tomahawk and also like it...
