    I am looking at purchasing a Rainier Arms UltraMatch Billet upper. It is an older version and does not have have the pre-drilled alignment hole for the Noveske NSR Rail in it. I was wondering if anyone knows if I purchase the upper, is there the possibility of have a gun smith drill out the hole...
